STAYAWAY!!!!! THEY COST ME $1000 FOR NOTHING!! - Carpet
Very shady and sneaky..... I wish I had read these reviews before I started any interaction with this company. A salesman came over to the house and worked with my wife on a quote while I was at work. Turns out he strong armed her into signing a contract and scheduling and appointment. After taking a down payment of $1900 he told her that if her husband wasn't happy with the quote, that we could cancel with no problem. What he failed to mention was that they would keep 25% of the total payment. Long story short, they quoted us more than twice as much as the 3 other companies that came to give us estimates. When we canceled with them it cost us $952 dollars that they refuse to refund us. After several calm phone calls things got heated and they informed me they were sorry I felt like I got ripped off and hoped I would come to them with future flooring needs. I highly recommend avoiding these guys at all cost.
